Soraya - "'I'm going to miss him'" (176). 

 

Amir- "But I think a big part of the reason I didn't care about Soraya's past was that I had one of my own. I knew all about regret" (180).

Amir - "Those thorny old barbs of guilt bore into me once more, as if speaking his name had broken a spell, set them free to torment me anew. Suddenly the air in Rahim Khan's little flat was too thick, too hot, too rich with the smell of the street" (202).

 

Rahim Khan - "Hassan had so many questions about you" (207).

 

Hassan - '"Agha sahib was like my second father...God give him peace"' (208).

Amir - "'You will never again refer to him as 'Hazara boy' in my presence. He has a name and it's Sohrab'" (361).

 

Amir - "'Did I ever tell you your father was the best kite runner in Wazir Akbar Khan? Maybe all of Kabul'" (367)?

 

Amir - "I ran with the wind blowing in my face, and a smile as wide as the Valley of Panjsher on my lips" (371).

 

Amir - "'For you, a thousand times over'" (371).

    Jenny:This is our groups 3rd choice.Alot of people are saying to cite it so I guess I better just say that too! It just looks like a bunch of people talking and so theres no importance of why these lines are up there. I think we would sort them out be sections and try to put a little background on what was happening at the time and why its soo important.
